RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Sacred Essence Emporium, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Our Promise
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. If something isn't right, simply get in touch and we'll sort it out — no hassle.
How to Start a Return or Report an Issue
Please email us at sales@sacredessenceemporium.com with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to return or report
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the item (if damaged or faulty)
Tip: For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and in the same condition you received them
• In their original packaging where possible
• Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase
Please do not send items back without first contacting us — we need to provide you with return instructions and authorisation.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We take great care with every order, but occasionally things can go wrong in transit. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered:
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue
• We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you
• You will not need to pay return postage for items that arrive damaged or incorrect
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please let us know within 3 days of delivery. We'll investigate and send the missing item or issue a full refund.
Change of Mind Returns
Changed your mind? No problem — as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, you can return it within 30 days. Please note:
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Earrings — unless they are unopened, in original sealed packaging, and have never been worn
• Opened bath products, soaps, and personal care items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
